Job Summary We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing and sales acumen , excellent English communication skills (oral and written), and proficiency in CRM systems . This role requires an ability to identify and cultivate business opportunities , engage with prospective clients , and drive revenue growth . Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify prospective clients in the Australian market. Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners. Present and promote accounting outsourcing solutions tailored to client needs. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals . Required Skills & Qualifications Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written). Proven experience in sales and marketing , preferably in B2B services . Strong proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills . Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
