Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Essential skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field may be preferred.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales and management is needed.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are required.
  • A customer-centric mindset is important.
  • Analytical skills, including data analysis and forecasting, are necessary.
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and products is crucial.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales software is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
