Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager Bancassurance located in Bhilwara, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Manager Bancassurance will be responsible for managing and driving sales through bancassurance channels, developing strong relationships with bank partners, and achieving sales targets. Other day-to-day tasks include coordinating with bank staff, conducting sales training sessions, and providing support and guidance to ensure the success of bancassurance initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, relationship management, and customer service
Knowledge of the insurance industry, with a focus on bancassurance
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
