Roles and Responsibilities

Manage agency channel sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
Recruit new agents into the agency network, ensuring they meet company requirements and have a clear understanding of our products and services.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., underwriting, claims) to resolve issues related to policy issuance or servicing.
