Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing and developing a sales team, setting sales targets, and driving the achievement of business goals. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing appropriate financial solutions. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
