Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Allahabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and developing a team of insurance consultants, and building strong relationships with clients. Regular tasks include strategizing to meet business goals, ensuring client satisfaction, providing product knowledge, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The role also involves analyzing market trends, participating in community events, and reporting sales performance.

Qualifications

Experience in sales management, customer relationship management, and team leadership
Strong understanding of the insurance industry and financial products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Prior experience in the insurance sector is a plus
