Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and occupancy targets across assigned properties.
Create and execute market-specific sales plans and pricing strategies.
Lead, train, and motivate on-ground teams to deliver business goals.
Track revenue performance and ensure process adherence.
Ensure seamless execution of central processes and standards at the cluster level.

Requirements

6+ years of B2C/B2B Sales & Marketing experience (startup or hospitality preferred).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong local market understanding.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setup.
Proven experience in team management and driving performance.
