Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and occupancy targets across assigned properties.
  • Create and execute market-specific sales plans and pricing strategies.
  • Lead, train, and motivate on-ground teams to deliver business goals.
  • Track revenue performance and ensure process adherence.
  • Ensure seamless execution of central processes and standards at the cluster level.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2C/B2B Sales & Marketing experience (startup or hospitality preferred).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong local market understanding.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setup.
  • Proven experience in team management and driving performance.
