Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Drive sales and achieve occupancy targets across assigned properties.
  • Create and implement market-specific sales plans and pricing strategies.
  • Track revenue performance and ensure adherence to established processes.

Team Leadership & Training:

  • Lead, train, and motivate on-ground teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to enhance productivity.

Process & Standards Compliance:

  • Ensure seamless execution of central processes and standards at the cluster level.
  • Maintain alignment with company policies and operational guidelines.

Market Strategy & Analysis:

  • Understand local market trends and competitor activities.
  • Recommend actionable strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.

Desired Profile:

  • 4+ years of B2C/B2B sales and marketing experience (startup or hospitality preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
