Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Management:

Drive sales and achieve occupancy targets across assigned properties.
Create and implement market-specific sales plans and pricing strategies.
Track revenue performance and ensure adherence to established processes.

Team Leadership & Training:

Lead, train, and motivate on-ground teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to enhance productivity.

Process & Standards Compliance:

Ensure seamless execution of central processes and standards at the cluster level.
Maintain alignment with company policies and operational guidelines.

Market Strategy & Analysis:

Understand local market trends and competitor activities.
Recommend actionable strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.

Desired Profile:

4+ years of B2C/B2B sales and marketing experience (startup or hospitality preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Strong understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
