Job Description

About the Role:-

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive our B2B software sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in software sales, a deep understanding of the B2B buying cycle, and the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. This is a performance-driven role for someone passionate about technology, enterprise solutions, and client success.

Key Responsibilities:-

Identify, target, and close new B2B clients for our software solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation and prospecting to demos, negotiations, and closures.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (Heads of Departments, IT head).

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Provide market feedback and intelligence to improve offerings and positioning.

Track sales KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership.

Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and webinars.

Requirements:-

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.

2–4 years of proven experience in B2B software sales / SaaS sales/enterprise software sales.

Excellent understanding of software solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms, Cloud solutions, etc.).

Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficient in sales CRM tools and MS Office suite.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:-

Familiarity with solution-based selling and consultative sales approaches.

Understanding of software integration, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and licensing models.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
