1. Position Overview:

AYS Immigration Services is looking for a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving growth across our key immigration service areas, including Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, and New Zealand visa programs.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives and lead generators
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance through KPIs
• Ensure consistent lead follow-up and high consultation booking rates
• Train and coach the sales team on scripts, services, and objection handling
• Collaborate with marketing for quality lead generation and brand visibility
• Maintain and manage CRM pipelines effectively
• Handle escalated client inquiries or high-ticket immigration cases
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for leadership

3. Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales management role
• Background in immigration consulting, education, or staffing is preferred
• Strong understanding of Canadian immigration services and programs
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to meet targets
• Proficient with CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales performance tracking
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; Punjabi/Hindi is an asset
