Job Description:
Generali Central Insurance Company Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage sales operations, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales targets through effective planning and execution
Develop and manage a network of agents, brokers, and channel partners
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS and sales reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations
Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
2/4 years of experience in insurance sales (general insurance preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage teams and achieve targets
Local market knowledge of Vashi / Navi Mumbai will be an added advantage
