Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for car loan disbursements. Build and manage a team of sales executives and relationship officers. Identify and onboard new dealerships and DSA (Direct Selling Agents) partnerships. Monitor daily performance metrics and provide necessary training and support to the team. Ensure timely processing of applications and resolve operational bottlenecks. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategy. Maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree Experience in car loan sales or auto finance industry. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of car loan products Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Leadership qualities with experience managing sales teams.
