Job Description

Role: Sales Manager

Location: Ribda, Rajkot

Experience: 7+ years in sales (preferably in machinery/agricultural equipment)

Education: MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred), Background in Machinery Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Manage B2B sales, dealer networks, and distributor relationships.
  • Utilize platforms like Trade India, IndiaMART, and CRM tools to generate leads and track sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Train and mentor the sales team to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with production and marketing teams to align sales efforts.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in machinery/agricultural equipment sales.
  • Expertise in B2B sales, dealer/distributor management, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of digital sales platforms (Trade India, IndiaMART).
