Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager – IT Services

As Sales Manager –You will be responsible for driving business growth by selling our IT service offerings to prospective clients, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and building long-term relationships. You’ll help translate client needs into tailored IT solutions and ensure our service portfolio reaches its market potential, contributing directly to company revenue and growth goals.

Compensation

Compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and caliber. Competitive packages (fixed + incentive/commission) will be offered according to performance and targets achieved.

Educational Qualification & Experience

· Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in sales, business development or any customer-facing role — ideally within an IT or technology services context.

· A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant qualification) is required.

· Certifications in sales, technology sales, or related fields are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and reach out to potential clients (domestic &/or global) to generate new business opportunities for IT services.

· Present Aselea Network’s service portfolio (cloud/infrastructure services, web & app development, blockchain/crypto solutions, digital marketing, data-security, etc.) and propose tailored solutions per client requirements.

· Manage the complete sales lifecycle — lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal creation, negotiation, deal closure, and after-sales follow-up.

· Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

· Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to understand service capabilities and align them with client needs.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and pitches.

· Maintain and update CRM/sales pipeline; forecast sales, track targets, and report on performance.

· Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies to position our services effectively.

· Work proactively to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Skills & Attributes Required

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Good understanding of IT services and solutions (cloud, web/mobile development, blockchain, cybersecurity, digital marketing, etc.).

· Customer-centric mindset with ability to understand and translate client business needs into IT solutions.

· Ability to manage end-to-end sales process independently and efficiently.

· Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and result orientation.

· Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and a dynamic environment.

· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.

· Interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
