Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, leading a team of sales professionals, and identifying new market opportunities. The Sales Manager will also generate reports, analyze market trends, and ensure client satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, including generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Budget Management, and Market Research.
Experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Engagement, and Account Management.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills.
Technical knowledge or experience in IT, Office Automation, or Audio Visual solutions is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
