Job Title: Sales Manager - Loan Sales
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of loan sales executives, providing guidance and support.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve loan sales targets and revenue growth.
3. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed loan sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve sales skills.
5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
6. Client Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in loan sales or sales management, preferably in the BFSI sector.
2. Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
3. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream, with a preference for finance, business, or related fields.
Salary Structure:
1. Fixed Salary: Competitive base salary.
