We specialize in the design, manufacture, installation, and service of custom uPVC and Aluminium Fenestration Systems. Our products, including Balcony Doors, Sliding Folding Patio Doors, Casement Windows, and more, are made using state-of-the-art European machinery in our advanced fabrication plant. With experience centers in Noida, Shimla, and Mohali, we have successfully installed around 1.2 million square feet of fenestration systems across multiple states in India. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and executing sales plans. The Sales Manager will also provide regular sales reports, lead training sessions for the sales team, and work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships Experience in the fenestration industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Willingness to work on-site in Noida Show more Show less
