Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other marketing methods. Research and gather relevant information about companies and decision-makers in the IT services market. Sales Calls: Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to potential clients to promote the company’s IT services  / Products Present and explain IT services to prospects, highlighting benefits and features that address their business needs. Overcome objections and convince prospects of the value of the services. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and update a database of prospects, tracking all calls, conversations, and sales activities. Build strong relationships with potential clients and work towards converting them into long-term customers. Keep in contact with existing clients to upsell additional services and ensure client satisfaction. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams & OEMs Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads for further action. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help refine service offerings. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the company's IT services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate to potential clients. Key Skills: Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate the company’s IT services and benefits clearly and convincingly. Sales and Persuasion Skills: Strong ability to sell over the phone and handle objections. CRM Familiarity: Experience with using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing leads and tracking sales activities. IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services and technology (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking) to effectively communicate with prospects. Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple leads and sales calls daily while staying organized. Must be willing to work on Higher Targets and Aim for greater Achievements and incentives . Must be willing to think out of box , in acquiring newer Business prospectus.
