Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in the Greater Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining and building relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research. Daily tasks will include managing team performance, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis
  • Experience in managing team performance and preparing sales reports
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
