Job Description

Sales Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of solar equipment (modules, inverters, BOS, etc.) and achieve set revenue targets.
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with EPC companies, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the solar industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Gujarat region to enhance market penetration.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical assistance, and after-sales support to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales experience
