Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Agency & Retail Brokers located in Sitamarhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with agency and retail brokers, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional support and service to partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive growth. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring broker teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and delivering on company objectives.
