Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit potential agents/channel partners to drive business growth in Insurance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agents to ensure consistent business output.
  • Train agents on Insurance products, services, and sales techniques.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and drive profitability through the Agency Channel.
  • Provide agents with regular updates on product enhancements and market trends.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance assessments for channel partners.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1& above of experience in sales, preferably in the Agency Channel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented individual.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
