Sales & Growth Manager

LOCATION: GURUGRAM, SECTOR 67

EXPERIENCE: 2+ YEARS

What you’ll do:

Identify and reach out to brand managers, CMOs, and decision-makers.
Build a solid outbound pipeline — and own it like a pro.
Turn Adtomica into a LinkedIn magnet: post, share wins, drop case studies, announce campaigns, and spark conversations.
Support PR team to draft and push out press releases and thought-leadership content that gets noticed.
Work hand-in-hand with our leadership team on pitches, proposals, and follow-ups.

Who we’re looking for:

2 years of sales, business development, or marketing experience (agency/consulting background = big plus).
Someone who lives on LinkedIn and knows how to use it for lead-gen.
Killer communication and networking skills.
Self-starter energy — no micromanagement here.
Comfortable with CRM tools, trackers and curious about creative/marketing trends.
