Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in insulation and refractories across key industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and technical) to ensure timely delivery and customer service. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Mentor and support junior sales team members, ensuring alignment with company goals. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5–8 years of proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in insulation, refractories, construction materials, or allied industries. Strong network of industry contacts in steel, cement, power, or petrochemical sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented approach. Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
