Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager for Admissions to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role located in Khairatabad, you will be responsible for driving admissions by identifying and engaging prospective students, conducting counseling sessions, and presenting course offerings. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, coordinating with the academic and placement teams, managing the admissions pipeline, and generating reports. You will also ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing comprehensive support throughout the admission process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, including client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving financial targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver persuasive pitch decks and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills, data management, and proficiency in tools like CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, analyze data to identify potential leads, and generate business growth.
  • Good team player with multitasking capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Educational background in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent fields is preferred.
  • Experience in the education or Edtech industry is an added advantage.
