Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire two-wheeler sales operations of the showroom. This includes achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to enhance business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Target Achievement
Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Set individual targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
Provide guidance and support to sales executives to improve conversion rates.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer issues.
Maintain strong relationships with repeat and potential customers.
Business Development
Identify new market opportunities and promote brand visibility.
Coordinate local marketing activities, test ride events, and roadshows.
Coordination with Other Departments
Work closely with finance, insurance, and service departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchase team for stock management.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales data to track progress and present to management.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure the showroom meets OEM (Manufacturer) guidelines and brand presentation standards.
Follow company policies, pricing structures, and documentation protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
