About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with large corporates across

  IT/ITES, Pharma, and Industrial sectors

• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement heads, and facility managers
• Pitch and promote employee transportation services to potential clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and achieve defined revenue targets
• Collaborate with operations and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
• Ensure regular follow-up with leads and clients for relationship management and repeat business

Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience (service or product sales to large corporates)

• Domain Advantage:

  Prior experience in

  employee transportation

  , facility services, or corporate mobility solutions is preferred

• Networking:

  Well-connected with relevant decision-makers in the targeted sectors

• Geographical Expertise:

  Strong knowledge of the respective citys corporate landscape

• Skills:

  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
