🎯 About the Role

As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve occupancy targets and revenue goals for our Surat facility. You will leverage the unique value proposition of being associated with the India Accelerator ecosystem to attract a diverse clientele, from freelancers and startups to established businesses.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive membership sales and achieve high occupancy rates.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the local business community, startups, and potential corporate clients in Surat.
  • Utilize and promote the unique benefits of our space, including access to the India Accelerator network, events, and value-added services.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the on-site sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.


✅ Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

     A minimum of 3 to 8 years of proven experience in a senior sales role (e.g., Sales Head, Sales Manager).
  • Industry Background:

     Mandatory experience 

    within the coworking, serviced offices, commercial real estate, or hospitality sectors

     is highly preferred.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth within a membership or leasing model environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Surat market and established local professional networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A passion for entrepreneurship and an understanding of the startup ecosystem a significant advantages.
