Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying market opportunities, coordinating with other departments, preparing sales reports, and leading team meetings. Qualifications Proven sales experience and the ability to manage a sales team effectivelySkills in developing sales strategies and optimizing sales processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skillsAnalytical skills to interpret sales data and market trendsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the financial services or housing finance industry is a plus
