Sales Lead-North

Role Description We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Lead to drive our B2B sales strategy across North India. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end sales process across Northern India. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional revenue targets. Identify and onboard new business clients in the enterprise. Build and manage a high-performing sales team across the region. Cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis to leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client success and satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with experience in North India markets. Proven track record of team leadership and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong network and understanding of the regional business landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel within the region as required.
