Role Overview As a Sales Lead at Task Source, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base i.e in international makret. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and leadership. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in an international BPO environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Familiarity with US accent and cultural nuances. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
