• Bachelors in engineering (Mech/Auto) from a reputed institute
• Strong academic background (grades, institutions)

Work Experience

• Tenure: 8-10

  years of total work experience in the Construction Equipment Industry

  Areas:

  Results and sales oriented, has effectively managed people and process

• Industries:

  Construction Equipment industry. Specific experience of selling Road Machinery, Concrete products and Hot Mix plants (Writgen, Schwing Stetter, Terex, Volvo Const, Amman, etc)

• Roles:

  Min 3 years in sales leadership role, managing cross regional teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales of Construction Equipment in the infrastructure segment across multiple regions (primarily south, central and western India)
• Establish strong connect with the infrastructure contractors and stakeholders
• Accountable for achievement of revenue, profit and expense budgets

on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis for new business

• Evolve Business growth strategy and execute the plan
• Develops and nurture relationships with OEM / principal
• Identify and explore new market opportunities
• Monitors progress, identify bottlenecks, analyze problems and develop alternatives for resolution
• Maintains strong customer relations and satisfaction: proactively and diligently works to ensure customer problems are resolved quickly
• Directs and guides employees towards achievement of company objectives and goals.
• Effectively manages financials, people and process.
