Day to day sales planning and execution, focusing on effective coverage and reach within the allocated region.
Ensure the weekly and monthly targets are accomplished
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer engagement.
Monitor industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Establish and nurture cross selling opportunities with other businesses and stakeholders.
Conduct regular product training and orientation sessions for the aftermarket sales team
Manage the financial performance of the product lines, including revenue generation and profitability analysis.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business performance, key metrics and competitive activities.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engg.
8-10 years in the lubricant and filtration industry
Working experience with major lubricant manufacturer (Shell, Castrol, Valvoline, Gulf Oil, Exxon) and / or Filtration manufacturer (Donaldson, Fleetguard, Purolator, Parker) OR with the respective OEM dealership will be preferred.
Field Sales and Direct Customer exposure is mandatory.
