Future CIO_IT and SAP Lead

We're looking for the candidates with a solid business, team management and functional consulting background.

• Design, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and business alignment.
• Manage IT service management processes in line with ITIL frameworks to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery.
• Lead cloud strategy, implementation, and management (across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP), focusing on security, performance, and cost optimization.
• Oversee and drive new IT initiatives, including the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, automation, and cybersecurity enhancements.
• Manage SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA) using both greenfield and brownfield approaches, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
• Provide leadership for SAP operations, particularly focusing on FI (Finance) and MM (Materials Management) modules.
• Align IT strategies with overall business goals, ensuring technology initiatives contribute to long-term growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT team and ensure ongoing knowledge development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other departments to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and strategies.

Technical Skills and Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, with extensive experience managing IT service delivery and operations.
• Deep expertise in cloud technologies and infrastructure, including experience with cloud migration and management across platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP, especially in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Proficiency in SAP FI (Finance) and MM (Materials Management) modules and experience in handling complex SAP workflows.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), networking, and security best practices.
• Strong understanding of automation, DevOps methodologies, and IT innovation.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, system integration, and large-scale IT transformations.

Required Experience:

• Approximately 40 years of age, with 12-15 years of IT experience in leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing SAP implementation projects, including both greenfield and brownfield environments.
• Expertise in managing ITIL processes and IT service management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
