Cybees is a tech-driven influencer marketing platform that connects D2C brands with top-performing content creators. We simplify influencer campaigns by offering end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance tracking.


Key Responsibilities


📥 Lead Management

• Rearrange and update lead data in Google Sheets.

• Qualify leads as MQL (Marketing Qualified), SQL (Sales Qualified), or Junk.


🔍 Brand Interaction & Research

• Conduct brand research for MQL leads.

• Initiate conversations via WhatsApp and follow the SFP (Sales Follow Process) to book founder meetings.

• Attend founder meetings and fill out the BRAND PERSONA DOC.

• Brainstorm strategies & conduct competitor research for each brand.


📑 Sales Strategy & Collateral

• Create the Influencer Marketing Blueprint (IMB) for qualified brands.

• Schedule a meeting with the client to discuss and refine the IMB.

• Build the Influencer Marketing Calendar (IMC) based on campaign goals and share with the client.

• Maintain a client database to track every project in real time.


🔄 Campaign Coordination & Execution

• Brief operations manager and campaign POC using the IMB.

• Conduct daily 30–45-minute sync calls with operations POC to monitor progress.

• Collaborate with the operations team to shortlist influencers, ensuring the initial list includes double the required number.

• Vet all influencers with the ops POC before client review.


✅ Client Collaboration

• Host influencer approval meetings with the client + ops team.

• Follow up and arrange secondary meetings for pending approvals.

• Maintain weekly communication with the client, updating the founder with progress.


🎯 Campaign Completion

• Ensure campaign timelines and influencer commitments are met.

• Minimize influencer dropouts and troubleshoot proactively.

• Post-campaign, ensure the client fills out the satisfaction form.
