Digital Marketing Intern

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Marketing Intern who’s excited to dive into the world of META Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll assist in running ad campaigns, setting up ad accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and creating client reports for D2C Brands.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

1. Ad Campaign Execution

• Launch and manage ad campaigns on META (Facebook & Instagram)
• Create multiple ad sets and ad creatives per campaign for D2C Brands.

2. Ad Account & Pixel Setup

• Assist in setting up new ad accounts for clients
• Configure Meta Pixel correctly for tracking
• Help implement

  Conversion API (CAPI)

  for enhanced tracking

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track important KPIs: CAC, CTR, Hook Rate, CPM, ROAS, etc.
• Understand and apply A/B testing principles
• Maintain clean, organized campaign data in

  Google Sheets

• Create and update

  weekly performance reports

  for internal and client use

4. Client Communication

• Join client meetings or calls when required
• Help in explaining campaign performance, next steps, and optimization plans
• Provide timely updates to clients and gather necessary inputs

5. Optimization Support

• Analyze data to spot underperforming ads
• Share suggestions for improving creatives or targeting
• Stay updated on META’s best practices and algorithm updates

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of Facebook Business Manager & Ads Manager
• Familiarity with tracking tools (Pixel, Events Manager, CAPI)
• Strong with Google Sheets (formulas, charts, reporting)
• Good communication & client handling skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
