Having already delivered for 100+ D2C brands, we’re now ready to scale further — and are seeking a growth partner to help lead the charge.

What We’re Looking For

Co-Founder CMO

✅ Take full ownership of Cybees’ growth strategy, including paid ads and brand positioning

✅ Drive performance marketing for Cybees’ internal brand as well as manage growth campaigns for our clients

✅ Build and mentor a high-performing growth team focused on Meta, Google, and emerging channels

✅ Oversee performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion funnels, and marketing efficiency

✅ Actively invest in Cybees alongside equity participation to build true co-founder ownership

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute full-funnel paid marketing strategies
• Oversee all performance marketing campaigns for Cybees’ clients across beauty, personal care, lifestyle, and other D2C categories
• Innovate on growth initiatives — landing pages, funnel experiments, retargeting frameworks
• Report directly to the Founder, acting as a strategic right-hand to shape Cybees’ growth roadmap
• Build partnerships with platforms, affiliates, and other growth enablers

What You Bring

✨ Proven track record of profitably scaling paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

✨ Strong experience in D2C or performance-driven categories

✨ Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on campaigns

✨ Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to co-invest and hold equity

✨ Data-driven, analytical, and creative at the same time

✨ Experience leading and mentoring a growth team is a plus
