Sales In Charge - (North Kerala, Central Kerala, South Kerala)

The Sales In charge - Mobile Accessories, Smart phone, Bluetooth Speaker is responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service for mobile accessories in a retail store or sales environment. This role requires strong sales, communication, and leadership skills to manage a team of sales representatives and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets for mobile accessories, identify new sales opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.

2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements

3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer queries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

4. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to management.

7. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.

8. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new mobile accessories, features, and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

1. Education: Degree

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or a related field, preferably in mobile accessories.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

- Basic knowledge of mobile accessories and technology.

4. Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or retail management are advantageous.

Work Schedule: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Salary and Benefits: The salary and benefits for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
