Rupture Disk Devices , Explosion Protection,Custom Engineered Product (CEP), Flame Arresters, or any instruments or valves Experience is Mandatory.

A:- JOB PROFILE

A - 1 JOB CONTENT

Maximise sales of business
Effective coverage of end user customers with knowlede of Chemicals ,Oil & gas ,Refineries, Petrochemicals & Pharma ,FertilizersInterface between Customers and Organization.

A - 2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Coverage and generating of enquiries with the customers assigned in his region.
2. Interaction with customers - both internal and external stakeholders3. Product presentation to customers (Product features/Benefits & Advantages)4. Making cold calls, generating new customer and retain existing customers by building good relationship5. Travel extensively to cover the geography, assigned calls in the given basket of customers and convert the RFQs to orders.6. Monitoring competitor strategy and exhibit Market intelligence7. Identifying customer applications, propose a solution and convert substitute products.8. Commercially should know the Account receivables, monthly plans to collect it.9. Pre-order/post order follow ups.10. Submission of offer in time and follow-up of orders.

Customer Service Job Spec

Looking for candidates either experience in Safety Valves or Pressure Relief Valves or Any Valves Experience is Mandatory.

Key Purpose of the Job :

To coordinate with all the branches and meet the customer service requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate with customers for the installation at their site and regular training.
2. Major trouble shooting at site.3. Conducting customer service survey

Identify customer and carry out plant survey as per plan
