Role Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Land Sales Management
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end land sales operations to achieve defined sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract retail investors, corporate buyers, and channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
2. Target Achievement
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track individual and team performance and provide guidance to meet objectives.
3. Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales techniques, negotiation, and closing skills.
4. Sales Reporting & MIS
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Present sales performance, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management (MD, CEO, CFO, HR Head).
5. Client & Channel Partner Management
  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Negotiate deals, ensure smooth closures, and maintain long-term partnerships.
6. Market Research & Strategy
  • Conduct ongoing market research to analyze trends, competition, and pricing.
  • Provide strategic inputs to management for improving sales performance and market penetration.
7. Compliance & Documentation
  • Oversee preparation and verification of sales-related agreements, contracts, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
Skills & QualificationsExperience

Education
