Job Description

Minimum 15+ years of experience in textile retail, including 5+ years in a leadership role with proven experience in managing multi-store operations
Strong team leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Deep understanding of customer buying behaviour and regional textile trends
Willingness to travel frequently across store locations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, purchase and sales planning tools, and ERP systems
Analytical mind-set with ability to derive insights from stock data, margin reports, and sell-through analysis
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills
Willingness to travel for vendor visits, trade fairs
Fluency in English and Hindi languages is preferred, knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantage
