Key Responsibilities :-

• Lead sales of

  rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects

  from prospecting to closure
• Identify, acquire, and manage high-value clients and long-term contracts
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and project teams to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to drive business expansion
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  

Requirements :-

• Extensive experience in

  solar EPC sales

  , with a proven track record in closing large-scale projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Strategic, target-driven mindset with in-depth knowledge of rooftop and ground-mounted solar solutions
