Sales Head (Senior Development Manager)

You are an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager who will play a crucial role in expanding our clientele. As the face of the company, you will need to create and implement effective sales strategies to drive sustainable financial growth and establish strong client relationships. Your ultimate goal will be to boost sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing a growth strategy that focuses on financial gain and customer needs, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, arranging business meetings with potential clients, promoting our products/services, preparing sales contracts, maintaining sales records, offering after-sales support, and nurturing long-term relationships with customers. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing entry-level staff into successful salespeople. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a business development manager or similar position, a strong sales track record, customer support experience, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), excellent English language skills, market knowledge, effective communication and negotiation abilities, rapport-building skills, and strong time management and planning capabilities.
