Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Head to lead our Real Estate team, focusing on affordable housing and flats projects. The ideal candidate will have 12-20 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably with a background in sales and marketing.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets across multiple projects.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically for affordable housing and flats projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, including client sourcing, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to align sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments, documentation, and resolution of client queries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns, events, and promotional activities to boost lead generation.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth in the affordable housing segment.
Job Requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate a large sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, affordable housing policies, and RERA compliance.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle high-value transactions, HNI clients, and large-volume affordable housing sales.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • A graduate or MBA degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
