We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with 6+ years of real estate sales experience to join our in-house team. Youll be responsible for nurturing leads, driving bookings, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the sales journey.
Handle direct leads at keya office virtually
Build strong rapport with potential buyers and understand their needs.
Conduct site visits and effectively pitch project USPs.
Convert leads into sales through professional follow-ups and negotiation.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on campaigns and lead quality.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead status and interactions.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
Requirements:
2 3 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Bachelors degree preferred.
