  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Oversee sales operations and ensure efficient resource management.
    • Monitor sales performance, provide regular reports, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Team Leadership & Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
    • Set sales targets and performance goals for the team.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to sales agents to improve their skills and performance.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  • Market Knowledge & Analysis:

    • Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Compliance & Ethical Standards:

    • Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant real estate regulations and ethical standards.
