Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and performance-driven Sales Head to lead and manage our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating sales strategies, leading a high-performance sales team, and driving revenue growth for our real estate projects across geographies. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Planning Design and execute effective sales strategies for residential and/or commercial projects. Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine pricing, packaging, and promotional tactics. Drive timely project launches, pre-launch strategies, and inventory clearance. Revenue & Target Achievement Own and deliver top-line sales revenue for all ongoing and upcoming projects. Monitor channel partner sales, direct sales, and digital lead conversions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and performance reports. Team Leadership & Development Hire, train, and lead a team of sales managers, executives, and telecallers. Set KPIs, review performance, and guide the team toward achieving sales targets. Conduct regular training on project knowledge, sales scripts, negotiation, and closing. Channel Partner & Broker Network Management Build and maintain a robust channel partner ecosystem (brokers, IPCs, DSAs). Conduct broker meets and loyalty programs to strengthen relationships. Ensure prompt payouts and documentation for partner sales. Sales Operations & CRM Management Manage CRM tools to track inquiries, follow-ups, pipeline, and bookings. Ensure proper documentation, agreement execution, and coordination with legal/CRM teams. Track lead sources and optimize marketing ROI from digital, walk-ins, and referrals. Desired Candidate Profile: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding real estate sales targets. Strong knowledge of local and regional property markets and buyer behavior. Experience in managing large teams and multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
