The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the companys real estate sales function across various projects including villas, open plots, and apartments. The role includes strategic planning, revenue generation, team leadership, and driving business growth through customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals and revenue targets.
Lead and mentor the entire sales team, including managers, executives, and telesales staff.
Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans.
Oversee site visits, client meetings, and lead conversion activities.
Conduct team training, motivation sessions, and performance evaluations.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer data to identify new opportunities.
Handle pricing strategy, negotiation, and deal closures for key projects.
Present MIS reports, sales forecasts, and dashboards to senior management.
Ensure all activities comply with legal, company, and RERA regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
10 to 20 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably villas, plots, or residential projects).
Proven leadership in managing large sales teams and meeting targets.
Deep understanding of real estate trends, buyer behavior, and the sales lifecycle.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build high-performing teams and maintain client trust.
