Sales Head (Female)

As a Sales Head, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing sales performance across multiple locations in a defined geographic area. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing sales plans aligned with Organizational Strategy - Driving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across various projects - Identifying market opportunities, trends, and competitive threats - Leading a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Executives - Recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of team members - Ensuring a high-performance, target-driven culture within the team - Monitoring daily sales activities, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction - Overseeing the effective use of CRM tools and reporting systems - Managing inventory, promotional campaigns, and partner/vendor engagement - Expanding the client base through networking, partnerships, and local engagement - Managing key accounts, high-value negotiations, customer acquisition, and retention programs - Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts and performance reports - Analyzing team KPIs to identify gaps and take corrective action - Presenting cluster performance updates to senior leadership Desirable: - Candidates who can bring their own team are welcome.
