Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused customer support executive to provide prompt and helpful after sales assistance to customers, resolving inquiries and issues through various channels like phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience. Job Role: Customer Interaction: Ø Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls Ø Listen attentively to customer concerns and complaints, empathizing with their issues. Ø Identifying customer requirements and providing clear and accurate information about the services. Ø Offer solutions to resolve customer problems and address their concerns effectively. Problem Solving: Ø Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. Ø Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution by raising ticket based on issues faced by customers. Ø Maintain and update customer records of all conversations on Excel. Customer Satisfaction: Ø Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly. Ø Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Ø Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and pitch for reviews from happy customer to ensure company’s growth. Additional Duties: Ø To perform and address addition duties outside the job description. Ø Coordinating with other department staff members and providing them assistance with their requirements. Ø Meeting performance targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Ø Undertaking and working on additional projects as per business requirements.
